This viewer displays real-time CTD casts collected by commercial fishermen as part of the
CFRF | WHOI Shelf Research Fleet. Profiles from the Cape Cod Commerical Fisherman's Alliance are also contributing to this dataset.
These figures show the temperature, salinity, density, and chlorophyll (if applicable) profiles, and the corresponding location. Observations are colored by time, with more recent observations appearing as warmer colors and earlier data as cooler colors.

Tap or click the start and end date range, then click Plot! All casts from that range will be shown below. Isolate specific casts by double-clicking on the legend entry. To add specific profiles to the plot, single-click on legend entries one at a time to toggle profiles on and off the plot frame. Double-clicking a legend entry or clicking Plot! again will reset the display to the time range. To save a specific plot image to your desktop, click the camera icon from the action bar. The legend can be toggled with the Show and Hide buttons.
